If you have any concerns or complaints about the service you have received please discuss this with a member of our staff. We prefer information in writing.

Please refer to the Rights Under The Code Of Health and Disability Services. All complaints will be treated with confidentiality and be acknowledged within 5 working days.

The privacy of your health information is very important to us. Your medical records are confidential. Certain agencies may request relevant notes but always with your consent.
