After significant consideration and thought it is with great sadness, we announce the permanent closure of our TTM Stoke clinic. A lot of time has been put into investigating every possible option of reopening. Unfortunately with significant staff shortages, difficulty recruiting & ever increasing outgoings it is not viable for us to remain in Stoke.

Full medical services will remain available, with our usual staff, at our 10 Natalie St clinic, as well as phone and video consultations on request. . 

We understand that this may be unsettling for some of our patients. If you have any questions or concerns our wonderful nursing team or Health Improvement Practitioner - Debbie are available to speak with, please call us on 035483109. 

This difficult decision has not been made lightly and reflects the current challenges facing General Practice in NZ. We remain committed to providing quality care to all of our patients. Habit Health services remain fully functional and we are sad to leave the building and the great connections we have made with the whole Habit Team and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for welcoming us into their space. 

There is an excellent bus service eBus - Nelson Tasman's bus service - eBus and total mobility cards if you are unable to use public transport. Total Mobility passenger transport | Tasman District Council

If you are unable to travel or prefer to register with a practice closer to your home a list of local practices accepting patients can be found here. Find a GP — Nelson Bays Primary Health (nbph.org.nz). Our practice manager is committed to assisting any patients who wish to transfer to another clinic efficiently and seamlessly. Nicole is available on manager@toitoimedical.nz if you have significant concerns about your transfer of care.
